Line Cook

Job Description

The role of the line cook includes preparing menu items for guests. The line cook is responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the kitchen. Please submit a resume if available

Job responsibilities include:

Learn food recipes, preparation, and presentation standards

Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures

Prepares food per incoming orders

Communicates effectively with all food service staff

Helps assist in other areas of kitchen when not busy

Assists in cleaning procedures at the end of shift

Job qualifications include:

Previous cook experience (preferred)

Ability to work independently part of a team, and the ability to multi task are necessary for this position

Must have weekend availability and schedule flexibility
