Overview of JobWe are looking for a Digital Manager to join the WPP Media team.

In this role, you will manage Influencer & Amazon Marketing Strategy, focusing on optimizing performance, driving innovation, and enhancing brand visibility through data-driven decisions and creative marketing approaches for cohesive and effective marketing efforts.Reporting of the RoleThis role reports to: Group Head Digital3 Best Things About the JobWorking in one of the most digitally advanced and forward-thinking media agencies that is globally connected.The position will provide you with opportunities to challenge yourself, bring in new thinking, and provide value in digital planning across the funnel.An opportunity to work with and learn from highly experienced, action-oriented media practitioners.Responsibilities of the RoleInfluencer ExpertDevelop and strategize influencer marketing approaches for the brand.Analyze influencer data to align with business goals and propose actionable interventions.Identify top competitors and analyze their unique strategies; prepare a comprehensive analysis report.Identify competitive and landscape content trends using available tools and map influencer trends and recommend strategies.Track key content points (KCPs) and recommend ideas.Assist in developing content calendar ideas.Collaborate with Brand POC to build the KOL plan for the month; share KOL insights and interventions.Refine growth measurement for influencer approach; understand and improve attribution metrics.Confidently participate in pitches while working collaboratively with the rest of the team.Amazon ExpertDevelop comprehensive Amazon advertising strategies to deliver business goals.Design campaigns on a monthly basis with the brand team.Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize performance and achieve KPIs.Analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as sales, ROI, ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales), and customer acquisition cost.Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform future campaigns.Collaborate with the brand team to ensure Amazon advertising strategies are integrated with overall marketing initiatives.Experiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and strategies to drive innovation and improve performance.Implement best practices for campaign management, optimization, and reporting.Measures of SuccessIn three months:Strong understanding of client business model.Act as the team point of contact for Amazon & Influencer-related queries.Build professional relationships with teams and lead performance-driven strategies with clients.Gain a keen understanding of various platforms and systems powering eCommerce media.In six months:Independently provide eCommerce & Influencer solutions for ad-hoc client requests.Be the go-to person for day-to-day activities, able to propose ideas and activities to address challenges in Amazon & Influencer campaigns.Mentor interns and assist in leading small-scale projects (identify needs, formulate ideas into plans, set scope, and present to the Manager).Improve workflow efficiencies across teams.Stay on top of betas and innovations in the digital space and articulate their relevance to internal and external stakeholders.Drive cross-channel synergy—connect the power across Media & Brand teams.In twelve months:Be comfortable developing proposals and preparing Influencer & Amazon media strategies aligned with overall campaigns.Lead and provide strategic insights on Amazon & Influencer matters.Confidently participate in pitches while collaborating with the rest of the agency.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree.Good understanding of all Influencer Media.Experience in managing multi-market campaigns (global/regional).Proven success in running audience-based, performance-driven, and direct response campaigns.Comfortable using Microsoft Excel/automated dashboards, etc.—an analytical mind that is creative and data-driven to identify trends/patterns and insights.Ability to work with and effectively manage a team, decisively organizing multiple assignments for both self and team direct reports.Extremely business-minded and detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills.Demonstrate genuine curiosity and interest in our clients and their business.Please read our Privacy Notice for more information on how we process the information you provide.
