Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Architect for a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati. The Architect will be responsible for creating and managing architectural designs, ensuring project specifics align with client requirements, and overseeing the integration of architectural plans with other systems. The role includes close collaboration with cross-functional teams, aiding in project management, and ensuring the execution supports company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Architecture, with a deep understanding of Architectural Design principles and standards.

Experience with Software Development and Integration related to architectural and real estate processes.

Strong Project Management skills to oversee and ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities combined with strong attention to detail.

Proficient in industry-specific software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other design tools.

Relevant educational qualifications, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to real estate and construction is a plus.
