Position: Senior Accounts Executive – Compliance, Budgeting & Financial Systems
Location: Ludhiana
Industry: Fasteners / Manufacturing
What You’ll Do (Your Power Responsibilities)
Own the accounting cycle end-to-end (AP/AR/GL, reconciliations, MIS – all of it!)
Ensure flawless compliance: GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT & audits
Build smart budgets & track cost efficiencies like a pro
Support financial system upgrades/ERP implementations
Analyse costing with Production & Purchase teams
Drive accuracy, structure, and financial hygiene across the company
Work directly with leadership for financial insights and decision support
Hands on Experience in Export Accounting & documentation
Who We Are Looking For (Your Superpowers)
8–10 years of strong accounting & finance experience
Manufacturing industry background (MUST)
Advanced knowledge of statutory compliances
Export Accounting & Documentation
Skilled in budgeting, costing, and financial analysis
ERP/Financial system experience
Excel-savvy (we mean REALLY savvy!)
Highly disciplined, ethical, accurate, and organized
Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter Preferred
