About the Role
We are looking for a Branch Insurance Officer who will lead agent recruitment, activation, and branch growth. The role involves managing a network of insurance agents, driving sales performance, ensuring service quality, and supporting branch operations to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Recruitment and Activation: Source, screen, and onboard new insurance agents. Conduct training and orientation sessions for new hires.
Branch Operations Support: Coordinate daily branch activities and monitor agent performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Relationship and Performance Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients. Coach agents to achieve sales goals and uphold service excellence.
Business Development: Implement marketing and recruitment campaigns in the local area. Identify opportunities to expand branch presence and grow market share.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or any related field.
At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or insurance operations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Goal-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
