Job Title: Project Manager – HR Transformation
Location: 3 days Hybrid onsite Waterloo, ON
Duration: 1.5 Years contract
We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager to support a global HR culture transformation initiative. You’ll lead cross-functional project planning, drive change management, manage timelines/deliverables, and support data-driven reporting for senior leadership.
Must Have:
5–7+ yrs in HR, consulting, business strategy, or financial services
Strong PM + change management skills
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Nice to Have: PowerBI, Smartsheet, Office365, presentation design, PMO experience.
