Senior Java Developer

Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Senior Java Developer for their Richmond, VA/Mclean, VA/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

Hire NAL contract resource for card, bank DFS work. Requesting NAL resource to support the ongoing development for DFS phone migration, backbook conversion effort, Mock runs for card, bank and recoveries and enhancements for Elevation and to d prod support for multiple applications. DFS mock runs will take longer than planned, which will impact backbook conversion

Requirements:

Java/springboot/AWS /docker

Bachelor's Degree

At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience in microservices development with Java and spring boot

At least 2 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree

6+ years of experience in Java and spring boot

2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service

3+ years of experience in open source frameworks
