Qualifications
National Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (advantageous).
Trade Test (Electrician, Plumber, Fitter, Millwright) preferred.
Health & Safety Certification (e.g., SAMTRAC, NOSA) is an advantage.Experience
35+ years experience in maintenance management or technical supervisory role.
Experience in hotel/lodge, manufacturing, commercial property, or hospitality maintenance is highly beneficial.
Proven experience managing a team and handling contractor relationships.Skills & Competencies
