We are seeking a dedicated, confident, and experienced Female Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about hospitality and capable of leading a service team to deliver excellent customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily restaurant operations.
Supervise waitresses, cashiers, and support staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
Enforce staff discipline, punctuality, and performance standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Cerificate / Diploma / HND in Hospitality.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role (preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Must be well-presented, professional, and responsible.
