Registered Nurse Job Details

Healthcare Setting: On-site, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab)

Shift: 12-hour day shifts (3 shifts per week)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Employment Type: Travel nursing assignment

Estimated Weekly Pay: $1950 - $2090

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license – New York RN license preferred

Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN or acute care nursing experience

BLS certification (required)

ACLS certification (preferred for Cath Lab nursing jobs)

Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment

Cath Lab RN Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in the Cath Lab, including pre-, intra-, and post-procedure support

Monitor and assess patients during cardiac catheterization and vascular procedures

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to all safety protocols

Educate patients and families on cardiac procedures and post-care instructions
