Base pay range

$38.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Responsibilities

The Capital Projects Manager will be responsible for overseeing 8-10 projects at a time. Each project will range in size and timeline. Responsibilities include managing planning, budgeting, resource coordination, and inspection of projects, coordinating the bidding process for construction projects, monitoring and reviewing assigned projects through all phases, coordinating work assignments, task delegations, and project schedule. This role will start as a year-long contract and will have the opportunity to go permanent based on performance and workload.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction

3-5+ years of project management experience within engineering or construction

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PMP certification

Experience working at or with a local government
