The ideal candidate will have proven experience in procurement, specifically in sourcing contractors for repair and maintenance services, as well as raw materials for production.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the procurement process for raw materials used in production, ensuring cost-effective purchasing without compromising on quality.

Source and manage contractors for maintenance and repair services for facilities, machinery, and equipment.

Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and services to meet production and maintenance schedules.

Maintain and build relationships with key suppliers and contractors to ensure a reliable and high-quality supply chain.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards related to purchasing and procurement.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

At least 3-10 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.

Proven experience in sourcing contractors for repair and maintenance services.

Experience in sourcing raw materials for manufacturing or production purposes.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.

Willing to work 6 days a week and be based in Angeles City.
