Job duties:
• Manage daily operations of the company, including job scheduling, coordination of internal employees, and monitoring active projects.
• Oversee the work of internal staff such as Operations Assistant, Site Supervisor, Painters, and B2B Account Specialist, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
• Coordinate subcontractor crews and ensure smooth integration of internal and external resources to meet operational needs.
• Maintain and implement workflow processes to improve consistency, quality, and on-site safety standards.
• Support the onboarding and training of newly hired staff and ensure proper role allocation within existing projects.
• Communicate with clients on project scope, timelines, and service expectations, providing updates to ensure client satisfaction.
• Review operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement practical solutions to meet deadlines and reduce rework.
• Report directly to the Company Owner on staffing needs, operational performance, and upcoming project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, labour regulations, and site safety procedures.
• Conduct post-completion quality reviews and address customer concerns to maintain service standards.
• Coordinate material purchasing cycles and suppliers to support ongoing project needs and control operational costs.
Terms of employment: Permanent and full-time.

● Required education:
o A university degree or college diploma in commerce, business administration, or a related field.
● Required work experience and skills:
o At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
o Strong communication skills, including client communication and internal team coordination.
o Proven ability to organize operational tasks, prioritize workloads, and manage schedules.
o Experience training staff, delegating responsibilities, and providing performance feedback.
