Key Responsibilities:
Identification Badge Processing:
Manage activations, terminations, and access level changes.
Print and ship badges as necessary.
Security Investigations:
Conduct CCTV reviews and prepare incident and badge access reports as needed.
Security Systems Administration:
Administer and maintain systems such as Prowatch and Genetec.
Add/remove users, update report parameters, and assist with system upgrades.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues with doors, door components, cameras, and applications.
Submit and track work orders and service requests.
Operational Support:
Fulfill requests in Workday and BARs.
Monitor and respond to activity on security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.).
Support preventive maintenance and repair programs.
Maintain and track spare parts inventory.
Client & Event Support:
Create and distribute Business Operations Alerts/Be On The Look Out notices per client direction.
Assist with special events and communications testing.
Support the Senior Security Manager with Emergency Response Team (ERT) training and supplies inventory.
Communication & Documentation:
Effectively communicate and escalate security issues that could impact operations.
Complete audits, drills, and other assignments in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Preferred prior experience with security systems like Genetec, Prowatch, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage multiple systems and respond efficiently to operational challenges.
Experience in a corporate or highly regulated environment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
Capability to lift and move small equipment or support light manual tasks if necessary.
Demonstrated integrity and discretion when handling sensitive security matters.
