Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or any related course
POLITE, HONEST, and TRUSTWORTHY
Preferably at least 6 months of experience.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with Staffs and Customers
Proven ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures.
