The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for performing service, repair, and maintenance of commercial and residential air conditioning equipment.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair various types of HVAC equipment.
· This includes accurate diagnostics of refrigeration and electronics circuits with the ability to repair and replace components as it pertains to HVAC and other mechanical equipment.
· Must be able to clearly and professionally communicate to customers any issues that are discovered during maintenance procedures and or repairs that may be required and water-cooled communicate to the office any additional work that may be required or will require a follow up proposal.
· Adjust schedules and project timing to best fit the needs of the company and our customers.
· Perform all required duties while adhering to the company safety policies and regulations.
Essential Functions:
· Safely drive a motor vehicle
· Work within precise limits or standards of accuracy
· Look at flat drawings or pictures and visualize how they would look as solid objects with height, width, and depth
· Perform a variety of duties which may change often
· Rate information using measurable standards
· Must be able to reach for, handle, and feel objects
· Lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds
· See well (either naturally or with correction) and distinguish colors
· Climb and maintain balance on high ladders and scaffolds
· Stand, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
Experience:
HVAC: 5 year (Required)
License/Certification:
Drivers License (Required)
EPA Certification (Required)
Work Location: In person
Pay: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year, truck and gas card provided.
