Your Key Responsibilities
Implement integrated planning into the planning process
Detailed scheduling for monthly, weekly, and daily plans according to production capacity
Control BOM and production routing
Control production order status and adjust the fine plan based on the manpower, machines, materials, and urgent customer requests
Plan the sequence of each order on machines and devices to achieve optimal equipment efficiency and meet order requirements
Responsible for direct checking of production order flow on planned machines
Convert to production order after checking material/component status
Support the booking process to ensure accurate production mistakes so production orders are closed on time
Support production staff in case of data entry problems and production order management (release, TECO, order stock flow)
Check the correct and comprehensive data of entrusted business warehouses and compare system data with actual stock
Terminate fulfilled production orders (closing, compare planned and actual stock; in case of extensive discrepancies, inform relevant employees for resolution)
Handle emergencies during production, prevent order mix-ups and issues with part numbers in orders
Coordinate with plant logistics to approve and adjust stock movements for production orders (goods receipt/issue in case of multiple usages)
Adjust failures of stock movement (COGI) and production reports, including cleanup and root cause elimination
Manage demand vs. production plan and keep procurement updated of changes
Follow up on production order confirmations
Support production in planning-related issues
Contact person for management and colleagues regarding production orders
Analyze shop floor data to improve material demand forecasting, minimize inventory, and create accurate budgets
Main coordinator for material flow from QA incoming inspection to production
Cooperate with procurement team to minimize MRP exception notices
Balance capacity of assigned production lines/workshops
Analyze root causes for issues impacting production planning and implement corrective and preventive actions
Control stocks of components, semi-finished goods, and finished goods
Responsible for planning accuracy, on-time delivery, and backlog
Support relocation/new product projects assigned to SVC by the Master Planning Manager
Take part in the process excellence/lean activities of the Master Planning Department
In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must also perform other tasks assigned by their supervisor that are related to their responsibilities.
Your Qualifications
Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
Experience in Supply Chain Management
5–7 years of experience in production planning
Knowledge about manufacturing
Adequate operational background
Good communication skills in English
Teamwork skills
Ability to deal with complexity
Experience in project management
