About the Role

We seek a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Sydney team on a 12-month maximum term contract, commencing February 2026. In this role, you’ll work closely with the HR Director and broader HR team to deliver high-quality day-to-day business and strategic support. You’ll help implement people strategies and practices that align with the Firm’s objectives and continually enhance HR’s contribution to the business.

Key Responsibilities

Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders across national business units.

Act as HR Business Partner for a diverse portfolio.

Manage the employee lifecycle and performance appraisal processes.

Lead annual remuneration reviews and provide commercial employee relations advice.

Coach leaders on managing people and performance issues.

Support change management strategies to improve business performance.

Collaborate with the HR Director on projects and strategic initiatives.

Drive learning and development programs in partnership with L&D.

Ensure HR policies remain current and compliant.

Facilitate firm-wide training sessions and succession planning.

Champion WHS, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior advisor (professional services experience desirable).

Strong judgment in people management and confident decision-making.

Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.

Knowledge of Fair Work Act 2009 and relevant awards.

Ability to work under pressure with discretion and integrity.
