Join a compassionate, patient-centered healthcare team committed to improving access to quality care in a rural community. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Physical Therapist to oversee and grow our Physical Therapy program.
The Lead PT will provide direct patient care while supervising and mentoring a small team of therapists and support staff. This role also includes program development, quality improvement, and collaboration with other departments to ensure excellence in rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily operations of the Physical Therapy department
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan
Supervise, mentor, and support PT staff
Collaborate with medical providers and nursing staff to optimize outcomes
Contribute to strategic planning to enhance and expand rehabilitation services
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
Current Georgia PT license (or eligibility for licensure)
3+ years of clinical experience preferred all experience levels considered
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Passion for serving rural communities
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $108,000 $130,000 (DOE)
Eligibility for student loan forgiveness through NHSC and PSLF programs
