Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday

Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement About the Facility:

Join a respected, skilled nursing facility in Westport, known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you're a new grad or seasoned PT.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Rate Range: $40 - 55/hr, depending on experience, setting, location, and status

Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Document patient progress using EMR systems

Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Current WA License (or eligible to obtain)
