Project Manager - Luxury Custom Builders in Freestone County, TX

Your Role:

As Construction Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of custom home projects from pre-construction through to final walk-through. You will oversee site operations, manage subcontractors, maintain budgets and timelines, and ensure that every detail meets our high standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the construction of custom, high-end residential homes from start to finish

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams

Maintain and manage project timelines, budgets, and job site logistics

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance

Communicate clearly with clients, architects, and design teams to ensure alignment

Provide regular updates and reports to company leadership

Manage procurement of materials and schedule deliveries

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management (luxury home experience preferred)

Deep understanding of custom homebuilding processes, codes, and best practices

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Proficient in construction software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, or similar)

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites across Freestone County and surrounding areas
