CCX Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our business operations team and play a key role in keeping our office running efficiently.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintain records using Google Workspace and CRM tools
Coordinate procurement for office and production supplies
Act as front desk receptionist
Manage office supply inventory and place replenishment orders as needed
Arrange travel accommodations (hotel and transportation)
Support on-boarding activities for new employees
Support e-commerce transactions
Requirements
Post secondary education
Proficiency with common computer software (Google Workspace, Shopify)
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Experience is an asset
Job Type: Part Time (20 hours per week)
Pay rate: $25 per hour
Vacation to be paid out in lieu
