We are looking for a Circle HR Manager for our locations in Delhi NCR, Surat & Andhra Pradesh
Candidates with hands-on experience of 10-15 years handling the entire gamut of HR operations which includes Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Grievances, Statutory Compliances, Employee Welfare etc.
Responsibilities
Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback, manage payroll and benefits for employees.
Responsible for managing all the aspects of HR Functions i.e. Hiring, Confirmation, Transfer, Promotion, Payroll management of respective region.
Responsible for handling approx. 12 – 15 stores' HR operations, including Circle Office.
Responsible for effective Training and development and employee engagement programs across the stores.
Responsible to ensure timely execution of various HR Policies and Programs.
Must have sound knowledge of HR policies and should be fully well versed in all statutory laws and regulations.
Responsible to maintain timely basis HR records & Reports
SPOC from the regional team to Coordinate with Store & Head Office
Responsible to handle a team of Store HR, Area HR & Regional Recruiters.
