The BCGA Foundation creates pathways for underserved and underrepresented youth into the gaming and esports industry. We are hiring a Data Entry Clerk to support our programs by maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems.
Role Overview
This role involves entering, organizing, and updating information related to students, programs, events, and operations.
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: $35-40/hr
Key Responsibilities
• Input and update information in spreadsheets and databases
• Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry
• Manage digital files and documentation
• Generate simple reports when required
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in assigned tasks
• Take initiative and show flexibility in handling tasks
• Contribute to a positive and respectful work culture
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and deadlines
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to work independently
• Previous data entry experience is a plus
• Strong organizational habits
