Are you a young, dynamic leader with a passion for driving successful CRM transformations? We're looking for a Project Manager (Dynamics 365 CRM) who can lead multiple end-to-end implementations, drive delivery excellence, and elevate customer experience across global projects.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will lead delivery across Dynamics 365 CRM and related portfolios. You will combine execution excellence with a consulting mindset — driving governance, managing stakeholders, and enabling cross-functional teams. If you’ve led 1+ enterprise implementation or 3+ mid-scale/startup CRM projects, we want to talk to you!

️ Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects across varied industries & geographies.

Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery through strong project governance and quality controls.

Manage multi-project portfolios and balance customer needs with team capacity.

Provide guidance to PMs, technical leads & consultants while enforcing best practices.

Act as the primary client partner — managing risks, escalations & stakeholder communication.

Support presales with solutioning, estimations & proposal reviews.

Drive capability enhancements across Dynamics 365, Power Platform & Azure.

Shape adaptive delivery models blending enterprise and startup execution styles.

Track and improve KPIs — delivery excellence, CSAT/NPS, profitability.

Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives, automation, and reusable assets.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM / CE projects.

Proven experience leading multi-million dollar CRM programs in both consulting and in-house environments.

Strong understanding of the Microsoft Business Apps ecosystem (D365 CE, Power Platform, Field Service, Azure).

Experience working with cross-functional delivery and support teams.

Proficiency with both Agile & Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Agile are a strong advantage.

Experience in project financials, forecasting & resource planning.

Preferred Background

Consulting experience (Microsoft, PwC, TCS, Infosys, etc.).

Exposure to startup/mid-scale environments with process-building experience.

Experience working with international clients (UK, EU, APAC).
