We are seeking a talented and driven AutoCad/Revit Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a knack for creating detailed architectural drafts and blueprints. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of engineers and architects, using cutting-edge technology to transform conceptual designs into reality. Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive architectural drafts using AutoCAD and Revit software.

2. Collaborate with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs.

3. Calculate dimensions, weight limitations, and requirements in materials.

4. Describe production methods step-by-step (including equipment and software types to be used).

5. Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software.

6. Design diagrams, maps, and layouts to illustrate workflow.

7. Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team.

8. Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality.

9. Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.

10. Create manuals that describe existing products’ operation, features, and maintenance.

Qualifications:

1. Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role for at least 2 years.

2. Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.

3. Familiarity with 3D modeling tools.

4. Good math skills.

5. Ability to meet deadlines.

6. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or relevant field.

7. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.

8. Strong technical design skills and excellent attention to detail.

9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

10. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

11. Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach for new ideas.

12. A professional portfolio of past work would be highly advantageous.
