Summary:
DT-Trak Consulting, Inc.is seeking an experienced Senior Cath Lab Tech to support high-quality diagnostic and interventional cardiac and vascular procedures. This role provides clinical expertise, equipment proficiency, and leadership within the Cath Lab, hybrid OR, and interventional radiology environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced Cath Lab diagnostic and interventional procedures in accordance with provider orders and department protocols.
Precept and mentor new and existing staff; support onboarding of clinical team members and physicians.
Serve as a super-user for Cath Lab equipment and software, ensuring proper operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination.
Maintain inventory, collaborate with supply chain, manage par levels, and support cycle counts and biannual inventory reconciliation.
Assist with staff education on equipment and new products.
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required.
Completion of an accredited RT, CVT, or RCIS program.
ARRT or RCIS certification required.
Minimum 5 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
BLS and ACLS required.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.
Preferred:
Additional ARRT certifications and related experience.
