JOB TITLE CHIROPRACTOR NATURE OF JOB FULL TIME INDUSTRY HEALTHCARE SALARY COMPETITIVE JOB LOCATION LAVINGTON DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.

Identify neuromusculoskeletal conditions and develop evidence-based diagnoses.

Interpret diagnostic imaging and collaborate with other healthcare providers when necessary.

Treatment & Patient Care Deliver chiropractic adjustments, manual therapies, mobilizations, and rehabilitative techniques.

Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient conditions and wellness goals.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.

Provide guidance on posture, ergonomics, body mechanics, exercises, and lifestyle modifications.

Patient Education & Communication Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, and expected outcomes to patients.

Promote preventive care and empower patients to take an active role in their health.

Maintain strong, empathetic communication to ensure a positive patient experience.

Compliance & Documentation Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in line with regulatory and clinic standards.

Ensure adherence to professional, ethical, and legal chiropractic practice guidelines.

Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Collaboration & Professional Development Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.

Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development programs.

Stay up-to-date with advancements in chiropractic techniques, research, and best practices.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Must be a registered Chiropractor with the relevant regulatory body A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in chiropractic practice Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-management abilities High levels of professionalism, integrity, and empathy Ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning HOW TO APPLY If you meet the above qualifications, skills and experience share CV on Interviews will be carried out on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
