SRK Systems Inc. has an opening for the position of Sr. Salesforce Platform Solution Developer

Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Salesforce technical & functional subject matter expert, interact with business stakeholders to determine requirements, translate them into technical design and provide best practice guidance regarding configuration vs. customization.

• Map Business requirements to detailed Salesforce product specifications guidance with mapping of the roadmap of key components.

• Design technical architecture for complex business functionalities. Develop the platform in object-oriented methodologies called Apex programming and user interface with Aura/Lightning Web components as needed.

• Participate in sprint planning and grooming sessions, bi-weekly retrospectives and stand-up meetings for implementing Software development life cycle (SDLC) in Agile methodology.

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions, data integration, and migration strategy and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals.

• Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development, security and operations, to ensure the Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.

• Responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of the Salesforce application software and using the version control system called Github.

• Document and analyze business processes using value-added/non-value-added, process modeling tools, cost-time charts, and root cause analysis or other tools as appropriate.

• Manage Business processes, initial scoping, requirement analysis, Solution design, and Application support.
