Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum Master responsibilities, and Release Train Engineer (RTE) functions. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate directly with the client.

Must-Have Skills

Technical Project Manager experience

Hands-on expertise in Agile, Scrum Master role, and RTE functions

Experience in:

Running SOS (Scrum of Scrums)

Project tracking & reporting

Capacity planning

RAID tracking & resolution

Strong knowledge of Rally and JIRA

Solid understanding of Application SDLC

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience working closely with the client

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Detailed Job Description

Manage Agile ceremonies and guide the development team as Scrum Master

Act as Release Train Engineer (RTE) for coordination across teams

Drive project tracking, risk/issue management (RAID), and capacity planning

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Directly interface with client to ensure project progress and alignment

Support delivery teams on work planning, prioritization, and execution

Minimum Experience Required

8+ years of total experience

Certifications

Not required, but preferred:

CSM

SAFe Agile

PMP

Top 3 Responsibilities

Lead as an individual contributor PM managing Scrum teams

Execute strong project management and Agile processes

Work directly with client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
