Housekeeping – Headquarters Office
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (assigned at time of offer)
Pay: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience
Status: Full-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our headquarters office. This role plays a vital part in supporting our daily operations by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, executives, clients, and guests. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service, professionalism, and the ability to always maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all interior areas, including:
Executive offices and suites
Common areas, hallways, and conference rooms
Breakrooms, restrooms, and kitchen areas
Reception and lobby areas
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces according to defined cleaning schedules
Restock supplies (paper products, soap, cleaning materials, etc.) as needed
Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility
Report maintenance issues, repair needs, or supply shortages promptly
Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and storage areas in an organized and safe manner
Ensure confidentiality when working in or around executive offices, sensitive documents, or private spaces
Provide professional, courteous interactions with staff and visitors
Assist with occasional special cleaning projects or event preparation as needed
Qualifications
Prior housekeeping, custodial, or facilities experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality always
Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable, accessible transportation
Ability to lift to 30lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
Ability to work independently and efficiently within a structured schedule
