Salary: Up to $110,000 (shift work) Benefits: Excellent package + Paid Relocation

Location: Lake Michigan Shoreline Region

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Paper Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3+ years of paper machine operations experience

• Proven leadership as a Supervisor, Lead, or Engineer in the paper industry

• Strong knowledge of paper machine processes, troubleshooting, and optimization

• Excellent communication and team management skills

• Ability to work rotating shifts and drive continuous improvement initiatives
