Salary: Up to $120,000

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of paper machines to meet production, quality, and cost targets

• Monitor and optimize KPIs (efficiency, downtime, waste, energy use)

• Drive root cause problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives

• Champion safety, compliance, and environmental standards

• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams on outages, trials, and upgrades

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Paper Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3–5 years of paper mill or industrial manufacturing experience

• Strong technical knowledge of paper machine operations and process control systems

• Proven leadership, communication, and problem solving skills

• Ability to work rotating shifts and drive continuous improvement
