All-Source Intelligence Analyst-Expert

Position Overview:

The All-Source Intelligence Analyst (ASIA) provides operational-level intelligence support to senior leaders, commanders, and staff by producing comprehensive, all-source analytical products. Supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF) missions, the analyst integrates information from multiple intelligence disciplines to address a range of mission sets including counterterrorism, crisis response, and integrated deterrence. This role requires close collaboration with Combatant Commands and the Intelligence Community to ensure situational awareness and deliver timely, mission-relevant intelligence. This Position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff.

Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, as well as interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements.

Possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions.

Demonstrate level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations) and the proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required and specified in the below qualifications.

Qualifications:

A minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level.

Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.

Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.

Deep understanding and experience within the USSOCOM Enterprise preferred.

Demonstrated experience and proficiency in F3EAD targeting methodology highly desirable.

Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5)/GS-14 level or higher.
