Job Summary
As a sales representative at Pipeline Medical, you'll drive profitable growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience for our innovative Pharmacy Hub. This first-of-its-kind marketplace allows medical clinics to seamlessly order patient prescriptions directly from compounding pharmacies alongside their medical, surgical, and pharmaceutical supplies, transforming how clinics manage operations and patient care.
We are now looking for a dynamic sales professional to contribute to growing this exciting new division. Initially, you'll have end-to-end accountability for your accounts and sales targets. Your strategic and hands-on leadership will ensure smooth account acquisition, onboarding, nurturing, upselling, and cross selling. you'll be focused on driving revenue expansion and maximizing client value while maintaining profitability metrics. This role is ideal for a pharmacy-trained professional passionate about sales, account growth, commercial operations, customer success, and strategic growth. Sales experience in the pharmacy industry is highly sought.
Responsibilities
Serve as the day to day point of contact for all things related to the Pharmacy Hub business for your customers. Make precise and accurate decisions based on limited information to have both the customer's and company's best interests in mind.
Increase same location sales and margin. By offering and providing value for additional products and solutions for your customers.
Be the first line of communication with Pharmacy Hub customers providing follow up on recent orders, shipping status, delays, and rescheduling deliveries as needed
Cross sell customers with medical supplies, pharmaceutical products, and medical aesthetics to operate their medical office's daily operations.
Forecast and report pipeline, revenue, and churn risk weekly.
Lead continuous-improvement projects that cut costs or cycle time across fulfillment and customer-support processes.
During the first few weeks of working, an additional in the training will consist of cold calling, and field visits to potential and perspective clients.
Requirements
Pharmacy background: 4+ yrs hands-on experience in pharmacy sales and account management.
4+ yrs account-management / commercial operations experience in pharma, medical-supply, medical aesthetics, or medical related fields.
5+ yrs selling compounded pharmacy to clinics, physician offices, and ambulatory centers.
Advanced Excel/Sheets (look-ups, pivots) and familiarity with CRM/ERP (NetSuite, Salesforce, ShipStation, etc.).
Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly and systems.
Proven history of exceeding revenue or satisfaction targets.
Clear, confident communicator able to make time-critical decisions with incomplete data.
Experience communicating directly with business owners and providing consultative selling.
