A Brief Overview

As the Salesforce Products Manager, you will drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across the organization. You will partner with Product Managers, Salesforce Administrators, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure the Salesforce platform aligns with business goals, maximizes value, and supports organizational growth.

You will oversee product lifecycle management, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure business requirements are translated into actionable work items in JIRA. In addition to product leadership, you will perform advanced business analyst duties, including stakeholder engagement, process optimization, and change management.

What you will do

Define and communicate the Salesforce product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.

Build strong relationships with business leaders, end-users, and technical teams to understand needs, gather feedback, and drive adoption.

Lead the collection, analysis, and documentation of business and technical requirements. Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and tasks in JIRA.

Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, prioritization, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Lead and mentor Salesforce product analysts. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Guide the development of dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making and measure product success.

Conduct gap analysis, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement best practices for Salesforce usage.

Ensure solutions meet business needs through rigorous testing and user acceptance processes.

What you will need

Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience Required

4-6 years Experience managing Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and third-party integrations Preferred

4-6 years Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects Required

4-6 years Experience in agile environments, including backlog grooming and sprint planning Required

4-6 years Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication experience Required

4-6 years Data-driven decision-making using analytics tools Required

Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset (High proficiency)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders (High proficiency)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. (High proficiency)

Experience with Jira (Medium proficiency)

Expected Work Location (In Office): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Safelite Home Office (7400 Safelite Way, Columbus, OH 43235). You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs. #LI-Onsite #LI-JR2
