ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote and support a safety-first culture; ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety programs
Develop and implement multi-year maintenance strategies focused on up-time improvement and cost efficiency.
Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for maintenance personnel using servant leadership principles.
Collaborate with the COO to develop budgets and manage expenses within approved limits.
Oversee CMMS utilization, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting on KPIs such as uptime, downtime, and PM completion.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure safety while in our plants along with quality and cost-effective service.
Lead initiatives to transition from reactive to proactive maintenance practices.
Manage spare parts and consumable inventory to support maintenance operations.
Support employee performance reviews, coaching, and growth planning to build a high-performing team.
Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.
Oversee facility utilities, systems, and grounds maintenance to ensure optimal operation and appearance.
Serve as a key point of contact for cross-department collaboration on maintenance-related projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated success leading maintenance teams and implementing CMMS-based maintenance programs
Other required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency with CMMS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and maintenance planning tools.
Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems (PLC, robotics, hydraulics).
Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Servant leadership mindset and ability to empower teams through mentorship and accountability.
Strong project management and budgeting abilities.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
Physical ability to access various areas of the facility as needed for inspections and support.
