Job Overview We are seeking an Activations Lead to manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns, events, and partnership deliverables. This role serves as the central coordinator between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring all activations are delivered on time, on brand, and with excellent quality. The Activations Lead will oversee timelines, logistics, and production requirements to translate strategy into seamless, high-impact execution across events, creative materials, ambassador activities, and brand deployments. Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Event Execution: Oversee the day-to-day rollout of campaign and event activations.
Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for Partnerships, Creative, Marketing Ops, and external suppliers.
Logistics Management: Handle timelines, checklists, and workflows to ensure efficient implementation.
Production Oversight: Manage the production, quality control, and delivery of creative and promotional materials.
Issue Resolution: Monitor activations, address execution gaps, and escalate issues when needed.
Partnership Support: Ensure deliverables such as ambassador appearances and booth setups are executed smoothly.
Post-Event Reporting: Prepare summaries and insights to improve future activations. Requirements
5+ years of experience in activations, events, or campaign deployment
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and logistics partners
Knowledge of production timelines, QC processes, and event workflows
Highly organized, solutions-driven, and composed under pressure Preferred: Experience in gaming, sports, media, or live marketing Salary Package : 70,000.00 – 80,000.00
