Job Overview We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to support the Marketing team with reporting, performance tracking, and insights generation. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in marketing analytics. This role is responsible for compiling, analyzing, and presenting data to improve marketing performance, track key metrics, and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Reporting: Consolidate performance data from Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic DSPs, and CRM platforms.
Dashboard Management: Build and maintain dashboards using Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to track CTR, CPC, ROAS, DAU, retention, and other KPIs.
Campaign Analysis: Evaluate paid media, organic traffic, and CRM performance to generate actionable insights.
Data Validation: Ensure accuracy and consistency across all data sources.
A/B Test Tracking: Monitor and report on experiments related to creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
Budget & Spend Review: Track marketing spend and efficiency to support ROI-focused budget allocation.
Custom Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly reports with trends, anomalies, and optimization recommendations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Social teams to enhance acquisition and retention results. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
Fresh graduates with strong data exposure (projects, coursework, internships) are welcome
Proficiency in Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP)
Strong understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, LTV, DAU)
Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or CRM tools is an advantage
SQL knowledge is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze large datasets
Experience in sportsbook, casino, or digital marketing is a plus Salary Range: 35,000 – 45,000
