Marketing Executive

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Marketing Executive, you will support effective implementation of marketing strategies through analyzing market insights and plans, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating and executing promotional activities and product positioning.

This role is based in Addis Ababa and reports to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans, brand campaigns, and promotional programs. Execute digital communications across platforms, including websites and intranet.

Ensure effective local rollout of brand strategies, product launches, events, and campaigns.

Plan and manage events end-to-end: budgeting, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and evaluation.

Analyze market data to assess sales performance and product positioning.

Manage agencies, suppliers, and partners; handle administrative tasks and marketing material orders.

What We Look For

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any field of study

Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Marketing in FMCG / Manufacturing Industry — preferably with hands-on experience in planning and executing events and activations.
