The Electrical Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of electrical equipment within the production and packaging areas. This role leads the execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities based on established quality standards and work orders, while also responding promptly to equipment failures to minimize downtime and support continuous operations.
Key duties include completing inspection checklists and job logs to identify potential risks, escalating serious incidents as required by maintenance procedures, and performing Corrective Maintenance (CM) with a focus on reducing MTTR during production shifts. The role is also accountable for adhering to and enforcing compliance with GMP, AIB, and Occupational Safety standards for both internal and contractor personnel working with electrical systems.
Responsibilities
What you are responsible for:
Ensure execution of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program for electrical equipment in the production and packaging areas to meet quality standards and repair requirements (WO)
Execute timely solutions for defects to manager, do 100% of job listings (checklist), job log (log sheet) in the managed area to identify potential risks (if any), and reports.
Notify serious incidents according to maintenance procedures.
Execute the implementation of electrical PM tasks and handle incidents during production shifts
Ensure rapid execution of the Corrective Maintenance (CM) for electrical equipment in the production and packaging areas to reduce MTTR on production shift
Implement and execute compliance with GMP, AIB, Occupational Safety regulations by permanent employees and contractor employees related to assigned electrical equipment.
Qualifications
What you will need to have:
Minimum D3 education degree in a relevant education major
2-4 years of experience in Electrical Engineering role
Experience in a FMCG manufacturing role is preferred
Verbal and Written communication in both Bahasa and English will be preferred
