Create and maintain a safe, joyful, and engaging classroom environment
Support the physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth of every child
Build meaningful relationships with families and coworkers

A love for children and a desire to nurture their development
Previous experience working with young children (preferred)
Flexibility, reliability, and professionalism
Familiarity with Ohio childcare licensing rules
A clear background check
