As the Group Accountant, you will oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and lead budgeting and forecasting processes. Youll manage consolidations, cash flow, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial operations across multiple branches.

Prepare and review monthly reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.

Oversee payments and maintain reliable cash flow forecasts.

Handle consolidations and inter-branch transactions.

Produce monthly management accounts and group reporting.

Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles with variance analysis.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) with minimum 1 year post-articles OR BCom Accounting/Finance (Honours or higher) with 5+ years relevant experience.

Advanced MS Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities.

Experience with dealership management systems (advantageous).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial controls.
