Account Executive (Sales Manager) – S.Korea

The Opportunity

Flexport is a technology-driven freight forwarding company on a mission to make global trade easy for everyone. Now, we are expanding our presence in Korea.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and well-connected Sales Manager to take the driver’s seat in building and scaling Flexport Korea, growing the business aggressively, and leaving your mark in the market. You will join a high-performing commercial team that is equally excited to grow Flexport’s presence in Korea and solve customer challenges with tech-enabled freight forwarding solutions.

What You’ll Do

Drive the growth of Flexport Korea together with your colleagues

Identify and pursue high-potential clients (self-prospected and SDR-generated leads)

Consult with new clients to understand their supply chain needs and pain points

Create value-driven solutions and showcase Flexport’s capabilities through virtual and in-person meetings

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals

Own and achieve personal sales targets, approaching them strategically and consistently delivering results

Lead customer onboarding by coordinating with internal resources and teams

Be part of a high-growth, dynamic sales team with strong focus on culture, performance, and career development

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience in a freight forwarding/logistics sales role, with full-cycle sales experience from prospecting to closing deals

Strong knowledge of the freight forwarding industry and proven track record in logistics sales

Demonstrated ability to set strategic plans and achieve ambitious individual sales goals

Willingness to cold-call prospects where you see opportunities to win

Account management skills with the ability to create an outstanding client experience

Strong discovery skills to identify client pain points and propose value-added solutions

Fast learner with a strong work ethic and ambition to become a top-performing sales manager in Korea

Fluent in Korean and English
