YOUR TASKS

Invoicing serviced customers in accordance with contracts and within scheduled deadlines.

Preparing invoice specifications for customers.

Cooperating with the customer service and the transport departments regarding forwarding orders in case of discrepancies.

Controlling and verifying charges, reporting discrepancies.

Communicating with customers and financial auditors in Polish and English.

Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of settlement activities.

Performing accounting closures of transports in the operational system.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

Experience in work related to transport settlements.

Ability to use MS Office package in practice (especially Outlook and Excel).

Good knowledge of Polish and English language.

Accuracy and good organizational skills.

Commitment to assigned duties.

Ability to collaborate effectively with others
