Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Performance Marketing Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur. The role involves managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, and driving marketing campaigns to achieve performance metrics. Key responsibilities include handling project management tasks, generating leads, executing sales strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction through clear and effective communication.

What You’ll Own

- End-to-end full-funnel lead generation across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Taboola, and other high-intent paid channels

- Performance planning, campaign structuring, optimisation, and scaling across multi-account setups

- Designing high-converting funnels, retargeting journeys, automation sequences, and intent-driven workflows

- A/B testing, CRO, landing page optimisation, and audience expansion strategies

- Deep analytics, attribution modelling, tracking setups, and ROI-driven decision making

What We’re Looking For

- 4–6 years of solid experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2C/B2B lead-generation ecosystems

- Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns efficiently while maintaining CPL/CPA targets

- Strong command of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, tracking frameworks, UTM architecture, and data interpretation

- A mindset that blends creativity, experimentation, analytical thinking, and performance discipline

- Ability to manage budgets, optimise multi-channel strategy, and deliver predictable performance outcomes
