We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to oversee safety compliance within our machine shop/workshop operations.

About the Role

The role involves conducting shop-floor inspections, monitoring machine safety (CNC/lathe/milling/welding areas), performing risk assessments, leading incident investigations, and ensuring adherence to HSE standards and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

Conduct shop-floor inspections

Monitor machine safety (CNC/lathe/milling/welding areas)

Perform risk assessments

Lead incident investigations

Ensure adherence to HSE standards and statutory requirements

Qualifications

NEBOSH/IOSH/Safety Diploma preferred

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of LOTO

PPE compliance

Fire safety

Chemical handling

Behavioural safety practices

Preferred Skills

5–8 years in HSE within manufacturing/workshop environ
