Join our innovative HR Technology team as a Bilingual Content Specialist for a 3–6-month contract!
In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of our enterprise Workday implementation, designing and developing crucial in-system content, help text, and notifications.
Lead the creation, editing, and management of all help text, notifications, and instructional content within Workday, ensuring it is clear, concise, user-friendly, and optimized for a mobile-first SaaS environment.
• Identify, document, and catalogue every business process help text, notification, and related user-facing element in the Workday configuration.
• Write and manage notifications across Email, SMS, and Mobile Push channels, adapting content for each modality to ensure clarity, brevity, and maximum user engagement, with specific attention to mobile usability and notification best practices.
• Develop and maintain both English and French versions of all content, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and accuracy.
• Craft content that guides end users effectively through processes, ensuring alignment with best practices in SaaS product microcopy and help text, with an emphasis on mobile-first design principles and concise microcopy for small screens.
• Work closely with project team members, business process owners, and change management leads to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Review and test all content in the Workday tenant to ensure clarity, accuracy, and optimal user experience across various devices, including desktop and mobile (iOS and Android), before go-live.
Fully bilingual in English and French (verbal and written). • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in content development, technical writing, or instructional design, ideally within an HR technology or SaaS product context.
• Familiarity with Workday or other enterprise SaaS platforms preferred.
• Exceptional ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for a non-technical audience, with demonstrated experience writing for Email, SMS, and Mobile Push notifications.
• Attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple content deliverables under tight timelines.
• Skilled at working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
This is a 3 month contract position.
