Salary Range: $137,000 - $188,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.

Develop and implement production strategies, budgets, and performance metrics to achieve business objectives.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards.

Lead, train, and manage plant personnel, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.

Manage capital expenditure projects and maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.

Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management, including significant leadership roles.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety and quality culture.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, Industry 4.0)

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or extensive capital project management experience

Fluency in a second language relevant to the workforce or international operations
