Salary Range: $105,000 - $153,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and deadlines.

Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and waste minimization.

Lead, train, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions as needed.

Oversee operational budgets, control costs, and manage resource allocation effectively.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely material availability and product delivery.

Recommended Qualifications

5+ years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Proven ability to manage budgets, drive P&L performance, and optimize operational costs.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development and performance management.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification

Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing principles
